Just some experiments with a picture of Damian Marley (go hear some of his music now!)

9 Times a different color,
This piece is my impression on how a printed commercial ad for Jean Paul Gaultier’s Fleur Du Male could look like.
When i created this piece, i tried to find a way to show the thought behind this parfume.
First i looked at the name Fleur Du Male. The fact that Fleur, Flower was a part of the name, made me descide that i had to include something organic.
Then i did some research and i found that this product was ment for “man who dont need to hide anything”. After mixing these things together i created a lively, organic background (Fleur) and then i placed the bottle very upfront to show that “who dont need to hide anything” thought.

I had the change to get one of my designs printed on canvas, but instead of sending using an old design, i created this images.
It is a very expirimental design. I am a sucker for black & white and “not so colorfull” pictures, so it was a great challenge to create something as colorfull like this.
